Users can cancel their booking via the Flock Coliving platform prior to confirmation. After the booking is confirmed, cancellations are allowed but will incur deductions equivalent to one month's fees or charges.

  • Lack of available accommodations or essential facilities.
  • Failure to complete the booking due to unexpected events.
  • Concerns regarding fraudulent actions or breaches of our terms and conditions.

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds could be provided under the following circumstances:

  • Flock Coliving's right to cancel bookings under Clause 1.2.
  • Problems related to the quality or discrepancies in the accommodation services provided.
  • Other circumstances considered valid at the discretion of Flock Coliving.

To request a refund, users must reach out to our customer support at least 24 hours before the booking start date. They may need to provide necessary details and supporting documents.

Once approved, refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for booking. The processing time may vary based on your payment provider.

If any disputes arise from this policy, both parties agree to first seek resolution through good faith negotiations. If a resolution is not reached, the issue may be escalated in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
